Having been involved in the fitness business for several years, we became increasingly frustrated with the poor standards in our industry. Quite simply we were sick and tired of clubs where sales numbers were more important than member results. Good training programs and qualified instruction were almost impossible to find. So we set out to create a solution.

Every session you attend will have a coach at your side whether you do our Team sessions or Semi- private sessions, to make sure you are using the correct form and getting results. We take the guess work out of your workouts. We focus on Functional Movement Training, coaching movements that will resonate with your everyday life functions and activities.

  • Team Training,

    All our programs at HIIT Fitness are personalised to meet every person’s specific needs. Our TEAM training programme, offers a group setting of 15-20 like-minded individuals. All members in each Team training session will be following a result driven workout and work together in a high charged and results driven atmosphere. We have different fitness levels in the session to make sure every individual is challenged but not discouraged. Team training workouts is 30min in duration for 3-5 times per week.
