“I came across HIIT Fitness on Facebook and got into reading all the testimonials and was very impress at the successful stories especially within the 6-week challenges. At this stage I was very depressed about my ballooning weight and suffering from low self-esteem. Deep down I knew I had to do something. I thought to myself, why just not go for it.. it’s only 6 weeks of my life? So, I joined up and was quite nervous but excited at the same time to begin this journey! What confirmed my new commitment was when I went to my hairdresser a couple of days later and she looked fabulous! I told her she as looking great and that I have signed up at HIIT Fitness, her response was that she was also with HIIT Fitness 😊


I have been with HIIT Fitness for 4 months and have lost almost 13kg and 11% body fat. My self-esteem has improved, and I feel mentally stronger. To be honest, I am very proud of myself as I had never cared much for exercise and the utter thought of sweating was out of the question! I have amazed myself at how far I have come. My body is changing physically and so is my mindset. I never would ever believe that I would be able to keep up, let alone be running laps but here I am doing just that and loving every minute of HIIT Fitness.


Most of my adult life has been a struggle with my weight from yoyo diets, expensive eating plans and silly weight loss products. When I did lose the weight and stopped whatever ridiculous diet/supplement I was on, I put on double the weight! HIIT Fitness together with the workouts, healthy satisfying eating strategies, assessments and support has improved my health, emotional wellbeing and fitness levels.



I will without hesitation recommend HIIT Fitness for sure! Along with the awesome energetic coaches, HIIT Fitness challenges you physically and mentally. The sessions are fast paced, fun, fresh and the coaches are constantly there for you with their happy smiles, advice and continuous motivation.


Even in the middle of the session you suddenly feel a reassuring tap on your shoulder from one of the coaches letting you know that you’ve got this! They ensure you are doing the workout correctly. HIIT Fitness has literally changed my life and finally I have found the perfect balance of living a healthy and fit life! I still have a way to go with achieving my goals, but I know without a doubt, I will smash all of them with HIIT Fitness! HUA!!”

I joined HIIT Fitness because I had been training for many years at another gym and I’d reach a point where I just wasn’t seeing any progress. In fact, I had slowly gained weight over the years despite all my training. I heard about HIIT’s 6-week challenge which addresses your nutrition alongside your training program and decided to sign up. I was extremely active in competitive sport when I was younger, and my weight was causing major pain in my old sports injuries. I needed to make changes quick.


Before I joined HIIT, virtually every decision I made was centred around how I looked and felt. I avoided doing things I enjoyed and was good at, because of the way I looked.

Since I’ve been at HIIT (10 months), I have dropped 14 kg and gained strength physically, as well as confidence to face clothing shopping, ha ha! My old sports injuries are more stable too as the surrounding muscle and ligaments have been strengthening more and more.


First and foremost, it has to be the people that make the place: The Coaches are beyond a shadow of a doubt thee best I’ve ever come across (and I’ve been training at gyms for 25 years!).


High fives, hugs, pats on the back and kind but firm encouragement to do one more, just when you think you’re going to pop your spleen – keeps you going. I get bored with training easily, but at HIIT, every day is a whole new experience, planned just for you. I never get bored! Also, being a person over 40 with multiple injuries, the Coaches always are quick to provide me with a corrective/alternative exercise, so I don’t hurt myself.


I would definitely recommend HIIT, and I have already had many friends try it out! It really is adaptable for ANYONE: Fat, thin, tall, short, fit, unfit and everyone in between. If you’re serious about results and you want them to last, HIIT is for you. The magic word I’ve learnt at HIIT is ‘consistency’. There is no magic formula, diet or pill, only a magic word that renders results and that’s consistency.

I was at the gym at the time and wanted a kind of different challenge, so a friend of mine introduced me to HIIT. I’ve been with HIIT now for the last almost 18 months.


What got me going was a mountain bike challenge that we registered for and I needed to get fit, so for the last three years I’ve been exercising, training and pushing myself. I’ve lost about 18kg since I started and HIIT helped me getting there. HIIT also helped me overcome some hard challenges the last year physically and mentally and for that I’ll always be grateful.

Fitness vs other programs you have tried?


For me the big difference between HIIT and other programs I’m doing is the family like feeling, when you don’t want to get up in the morning or pitching for a class/workout, you know you’re going to be missed and the early start with all the smiles/hugs and “mornings” and “hope you ready for a good workout” making you sweat and starting you’re day with a bang keeping that energy throughout the whole day…..that’s what making me going back every time! AND of course, the HUA!!


Yes definitely, it’s a quick effective way of keeping your body strong making you feel better about yourself and make you feel like part of the fitness family."
